Juno Email and Service

I read: Juno was founded in May of 1996 by Charles Ardai, Brian Marsh and Clifford Tse, with equity capital provided by the D.E. Shaw Group and headquarters in the same Midtown Manhattan building as Shaw. Near 2002 it was based in Thousand oaks, California as indicated while using its software and later someone wrote Woodland Hills, California. Reported to be owned by FTD floral for some time. Following the spin-off of FTD, long time CEO Mark Goldston, who had been with the company for 14 years, presided over the acquisitions and growth, left the company. Francis Lobo, who had spent the last 10 years at AOL, while rising to the position of president of AOL Services, was selected to take his place

Much better system of email when using Juno 5.49

What came was all in the Inbox. Junk Mail could be created and designated by me.
Therefore you knew what was sorted to Junk Mail or Inbox
Therefore more efficient. With others you need to look through - Inbox and Junk Mail
Therefore with others its not alway Junk Mail - You let someone else sort it

******************************************************************

There is a problem. Therefore to prove by showing the pictures.
Yet Juno over looked the pictures. Always claims no pictures in email
They also told me malware is not allowed that it could never happen.
I told them about Internet Explorer being version 6 preventing access to support page.
Therefore ignored that too. I told them about other things too.
I told them about lack of access to my account.
Yet they refuse to help me get access and they still take money out my account.

Problems have occurred I tried to explain many examples to show..
If the problem comes and goes therefore disappears its just fine.
Yet what happens when I tried to send email.
It perhaps still sends unintended attachments :

This shows what happens when looking at email
Interrupted by Security Alert - and it keeps appearing.
It never stops - hard to stop appearing - never satisfied.
Demands user - pick a choice - to continue :
Therefore left it alone for several days then come back.

 :

Fake Flash Player before a fake virus scanner. Try to avoid - it keeps appearing.
Demands user - pick a choice - to continue :
This Malware asks to watch porn or something. Or just run a fake scanner

Fake Internet Security warning.and patch. Try to avoid - it keeps appearing.
Demands user - pick a choice - to continue :
Every time I must use Task Manager or Power Off to leave

Another Fake Internet Security warning and Patch.
Demands user - pick a choice - to continue :
This Maleware asks to run a fake virus scanner or watch porn or something

Can not access Support Page because they do not update their software
it still thinks its Internet Explorer 6 and rejects it.

I have pictures and more to prove what Juno does.

Juno is using Internet Explorer 6 however I have version 11
Yet it appears to have Internet Explorer 6 embedded in the software or server
Always warning that I have an outdated Internet Explorer of version 6
Therefore rejects it therefore can not access Support Page :
What good is it to pay for it if you do not get support to use Juno

This Malware was also found at Microsoft Community Forum yet found in Juno Email

I paid to use Juno Email service yet I get sidetracked by malware
preventing me from having access to my email.
forced to make a choice - I have 3 choices Run, Save or Cancel.
If  I do not install it - it stays
preventing me from having access to my email.
I tried to explain the problem several times
Here is their strange reply:

I tried to prove by showing the pictures.
Yet they over looked the picture as not being there.
They also told me malware is not allowed that it could never happen.
I told them about Internet Explorer being version 6 preventing access to support page.
therefore ignored that too. I told them about other things too.
I told them about lack of access to my account.
Yet they refuse to help me get access and they still take money out my account.

I looked for customer service number with Google and found its all automated
It wrote $25 to chat with someone however there is no one there.

The telephone number directs people to the internet
Help.Juno.com\password

Password@Support.Juno.com

Therefore its impossible. No one there. No contact with Juno.com help.
Therefore I must tell the bank to prevent access to my account.
Juno has taken over 8 years of payment without access.

Strange email from Paypal or Ebay

When I get phishing email - That pretends to be Paypal or Ebay.
Which sometimes happened after buying at Ebay using Paypal.
How frequently it happens - its strange the timing of the email.
I wondered if its an inside job - yet only if facts prove it.
If you open an account with Paypal and think its safe and great to use.
You will find too - how it can be. Its all there for you to see.

Easy to understand how fake it is - When you know the facts.
May appear the same way or as a different type email and email address.
I have found many Paypal other Ebay messages too
Easy to understand how fake it is - When you know the facts.

And if you think Paypal is great to use - then keep using it.
You get to see the surprise waiting to happen - It appears to anyone that can see it.
It will show how someone will profit by the mistakes that happen.

Try their help center - you may get lost. Find it useless to use.
Try to get help. They lose the information about me - Not once - Several times.
Paypal's or Ebay's insidious nature - I can prove this - Continue reading.

For example It makes it difficult for the seller too. Their system would not recognize the blockage.
To presume I had control over my account - Pay for it - Its impossible.
When its committed to buy - hold a person accountable and penalized for not buying
Just another of their tricks - force you pay for something when or if you need to avoid it.

If Paypal or Ebay improves that is fine
They may change how they do things - Only the facts will prove it.

I wish I could show the other pictures they use - to penalize you - for not completing a sale.
They also set a count down amount to buy things.

It appears it can be quick and easy to steal money from me - with a Paypal account.
You will see that too - there are many people it happened to.
They make sure they know you before you buy - yet forget so conveniently.

They called me about the $2000 taken from my account - Its silly why would I authorize the money - Could clearly see I had nothing to do with it. I was the last one to know - when I only saw it after it was explained to me with little information to explain what I never saw before. Yet they authorized it - Calling me did not change anything - They still authorized it. Therefore I needed to contact them. They promise many things yet will only give less than $100 yet $200 rarely.
I know I tried to get help from

Filling out information to be sent to them - Never solved anything - They just ignored me.
for the $2000 missing. Read while I explain some more my explain they fix it yet never did.

Therefore you see there insidious nature
Look at the confusion - Line Number 3 - good for up to $200 USD yet up to $2000 USD
I doubt the sincerity of the $2000 USD - they proved it - they never did return it.

Therefore I prove again - They promise one thing, then do it again, and again to me.
Therefore it appears they make money by not being truthful.

They are more likely to obfuscate people than to enlighten people.

It appears losing my information is not rare - Including my money - $2000.
I have been with Paypal since March 27, 2002 yet closed my account after waiting
for years on a reply - its not safe to walk off and leave it open. Then to come back and lose more.
Its Ebay's only way to pay.it therefore proved Paypal's inability to cooperate.

My information is always the same - accurate. They lose it - they pretend its not accurate.
Silly why spend money to lose it - being inaccurate. Therefore would not be sent to me.
Paypal explains its simple and easy - safe to buy.  Promise the return of my money.
I get to see the result of what they write. Their not accurate - I can prove it.

They misplaced my information and lost my social security number.
They also forget my phone number too - Yet they used it to call me.
This lost my social security number is a scheme of theirs - to seem impossible to help.
They - Ebay or Paypal would not let me start - without the information they need.
Therefore see how successful I am - Getting so many purchases - Sent to me.
Yet they forget my information. Why presume I changed my address and my information.
USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, and Banks - Have full information - Know where I live.
They - Ebay or Paypal would not let me start - without the information they need.

They knew this happened - they called me - and they sent this letter.

It does not matter if I try to find reasons  - They Still Kept Me - At a distance.
I still do not know about the return of the $2000 - Therefore another - Never 100%
The facts will prove this - They make many excuses - The years go by.
Appears there is nothing to explain here - Where is the $2000 ?
Why purge my information - to hide things for the moment.

Simple eBay security flaw exposed millions of users to spear phishing campaigns

In this next one lost $800 - unless I find the pictures of that - Its therefore lost to show.
I received only $200 - Far from 100% - Someone kept the money - $600

Next I lost $340 I have pictures of that.
I received only $200 - Far from 100% - Someone kept the money - $140
Because they encouraged people to think they are good for up to $2000
Yet read the fine print they are only good for $200

Therefore you see - the idea of returning money - is not something they always do.
You may find they cause more problems than they cure. Best return - is $200 or less.
They can be the cause of the problem - Perhaps may improve how they do things.
Therefore if they do anything - I could show here - to prove how they did it.
The bank account will prove the truth of the matter - Reality does exist.

Paypal will not allow the sale - Yet their system sold it.
Explained it as withheld the money from this person - explained it.
There email showed that I will get it all back - Therefore I just ask.
Promise now and with many more telephone calls - if your lucky to manage to call them.

Once again - you can see - I bought something again.
where strangely Paypal or Ebay refused me money after a "Promise of Return."
Told me - "will get all my money back.". Promise repeatedly while on the phone too.
Promise again repeatedly while on the phone.
Then as time goes by - call again - deny it all.

Told me - "will get all my money back" in email.
Promise repeatedly while on the phone.

Wrote - "withheld sellers money" - "to return the full amount"
To honor the full amount - make more fake confidence - to mislead me with.
Yet only $200 - therefore not the full amount. Item was not sent and received
Seller wrote "will send." - Ebay or Paypal prevented it.
Someone kept the money again - $140 - Paypal withheld what money
Said it was withheld - yet said not have it. "Promised."
They are more likely to obfuscate people than to enlighten people.

Back again to buy at Ebay  Now its $67.99 they told me
I would get my money back. The seller misrepresented the item.
To bait me in to buying it - Therefore a dispute with seller.
Seller was abusive - Refused to help - Seller wrote I was the "crook".
Seller misrepresented the item. Therefore you see who did it again.
Paypal gave me a shipping label - that would not return it.
Either - (Seller or Paypal or Ebay) were wrong about the address - It never arrived there.
Paypal was quick about it - Yet wrote to get my money back - Open Paypal account.
Then Paypal froze my account.

For a company that presumes its easy and simple - impossible
Once again its not about what they write - Its not about what they promise you.
They may change how they do things - yet no action is still no action.
They may change the appearance of the place and offer more or better promises.
You may find - better or worse. Therefore the facts will prove what happened.

I have found these possibilities - if needing information
Their system sometimes will prevent it - Therefore impossible.
Its great to repeat my identity - for them to know me - to be secure.
They explain - They Honor Their Promises. Yet Later Found To Deny It.
It appears to be a scheme of theirs to avoid paying what is due.
Therefore if they pay anything - the facts will prove it.

Sometime ago I found a listing for phone help - from Google and Bing.
Ebay - ( 1 (866) 540-3229 )
Paypal - ( 1 (888) 221-1161 )
Try your luck - You can only find what you can - once explained..
Also found - Get human dot com ... Cick here

To reply to their email - impossible its: noreply@paypal.com
Therefore more evidence to prove they avoid people.
For example:

"Thank you for your response. Please don't reply to this message this is an automated response and your reply will not be received."

"If you have a question for eBay Customer Support, please visit the following eBay Help page. This page will help you locate the answer to your question, or assist you in contacting us:"
It wrote "will help"

It is more likely to obfuscate people than enlighten them.
Therefore more evidence they avoid people.

What is Paypal Customer Support or Help Service? Just more evidence - no contact.
Its Answer the Questions - A game of through the hoops:
Questions and Answers - Easy if its the subject - Impossible when their off the subject.
Therefore - No contact, or solutions available - If they do not address your issue.

Paypal keeps a person at a distance.
Sure to get you lost - Therefore not worth using Paypal
Unless you can find a way to continue. Its ok - if you think their great.
Try "contact us" at the bottom of the page, or "Help"
You might get lost there too. Therefore more evidence they avoid people.

I found that only Facebook made contact - Yet they attempt to be distant there too:

Look at their answer:

"Hello (Before it was Dear)

We want to help you but we're not able to respond directly to emails sent to this address.

One of the best ways to get answers to your questions is to go to the PayPal website and visit the Help Center by clicking "Help" at the top of the page.

If you have a problem with limited access to your account, you'll need to:

1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click "Resolution Center" at the top of the page.
    [Easy if the links worked]
3. Follow the instructions in "Steps to Remove Limitations."
   [Easy if the links worked]

If you can't log in to your account, you'll need to:

1. Go to the PayPal website.
2. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.
3. Click "Contact Customer Service."
4. Click "Continue" and follow the instructions.
[Therefore - they can make sure you can not contact them]

"We value your business and want to provide you with the best customer care."
[Fact is - if they did - there would be no problem]

Thanks,

PayPal"

Therefore more evidence of how they avoid people.

Then surprise -  something I did - they appear to notice me. Yet as usual keep their distance
Yet to assume or presume its a flawless system.
For example:.

Try Customer Service or Help Center or Contact US - is their solution.
If you need answers - its a blunder - to get you lost - therefore impossible.
If this is not an intentional game - it sure is a comedy of errors.
I therefore prove what is happening.

They are more likely to obfuscate people than enlighten them.

Expect information - Expect to find it impossible. The facts prove what happens.
Sure they have a phone - yet you must know how to know the password, the code.
Perhaps this is an out date method now - perhaps they still expect it.
Therefore I must access my account to request one. That is defective.

Perhaps Recent. Perhaps found possible phone help - Google and Bing shows
Ebay - ( 1 (866) 540-3229 )
Paypal - ( 1 (888) 221-1161 )
Try your luck - You only know what you discover.
Also found - Get human dot com ... Cick here

Sure Paypal might give the money back - Yet they locked my account.
Until something happens - Perhaps never ever see it again.
They will not explain, or help with a problem - Be off the subject.
Then 6 months later - Ask why I did not use it - therefore fix it all by my self.
Email is sent do not reply.

Therefore not provide a way to do it - Their emails write do not reply.
Every place keeps me at a distance - A reply is off the subject.

Try to get somewhere - Its impossible. Yet when I found where I could.
I made sure about the subject - Did they?

They sent this to my email address. To ask about the email address - they sent it to.
Looks like they lost my information again
It appears they lose the information - Looks Automated:

This was sent - do not noreply@paypal.com
To further prove they refunded my money - yet refuse to let me use it:

This started because - Something cut-off communication to solve this problem. None of the links work. They presume things - They presume ebay and paypal works flawlessly. They decide how my problem is. I try to explain - Yet over 8 month of this nonsense. They pretend to be customer care.

They presume you can exchange information easily at any time..
That you can get all your money back. - I therefore have proved what they do.
Yet they could remain the same or improve - therefore the fact prove what is or deny it.

Perhaps it was easy - Surprise look what happened - after all that hard work.

" ... Thank you for confirming your home street address. I have issued you a check from the PayPal account balance for the full amount of $67.99 USD. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the check to arrive. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Sincerely,
PayPal Facebook Support
PayPal, an eBay Company

Copyright © 1999-2014 PayPal. All rights reserved."

Can you see that 100% return has changed  - The amount is for $66.49

In this picture you see

This picture shows - they froze the account and exchange of information is impossible.

The computer while online refused to believe - My real address and information.
Password was forced to be a few letters and numbers - It refused to let me create a more secure password, yet when I created one with Half com by Ebay it let me create a more secure one and also use with Ebay. What is the next Ebay or Paypal perfect idea to go wrong. Would I dare see if its real - after what they have done to me.

I have had a long experience of good or bad things - go right - yet times going wrong - while using their so called "service."

They are more likely to obfuscate people than enlighten them.

Is this is worse or better - The facts will prove it:
Updates to Ebay User Agreement, August 12, 2014 - See more ... Click here
" ... PayPal User Agreement that will go into effect on October 30, 2015."  Click here

I found their Feedback page in English
Now if I tried to use it - Its in Spanish - I only know English. Yet depends on the moment.
It is more likely to obfuscate people than enlighten them.

Therefore this is the place to use if you like it. Be careful they may do it to you again too.
I must of saved them a lot of money not taking legal action against them.

Spoofing Good Companies

Easy to spot why its fake - it never came from Walmart
Just plain too strange to be from Walmart.- The content in the email is the clue.

What to do > Phishing Scams or Compromised Accounts < Click there
If you find one forward to Walmart at >  abuse@walmart.com

The fact is - No toll roads exist here.
Therefore just to presume I owe them money - Look below

    Stock BKMP

Many stocks on the Stock Market are for sell yet some are scams or big risks without knowing it. Some are sold and become legitimate yet scams are not common knowledge. Be careful.
